This includes many aspects such as self care and nurturing and being connected to your true self and higher energies.  One way that I love to raise my energetic vibration is through music.  As we know, music is an energetic vibration and coupled with powerful words (I believe all words spoken are actually an affirmation particularly if heard repeatedly) and can have a direct effect on your personal energy vibration.
