The PROCESS:

This is a collaborative process  whereas I use my professional business experience  combined with an intuitive nature and energy-awareness to assist you in tapping into your inner truth and authentic business direction.  Combining both intuitive and practical awareness, I support you to establish, develop, and grow your business VISION using practical business application and systems.

Clarity (Stage One):

Typically business consultants will recommend when creating your business to:

• Establish a clear Vision / Mission
• Establish a 30-second Commercial (ouch, I hear the growns – though when it aligns with your authentic self and life purpose this is easier to design then one might think)
• Write a Bio (”who you are, where you’ve been, and what you have to offer” – whew!)
• Write a business Plan & Strategy

My Experience:
And I have done these all………numerous times over the years!  Why numerous times, you might ask?  Several reasons: Of course, my own personal evolution over time has raised the level of awareness of my own personal calling; but the common reason for most (me included), was a lack of clarity and self connection with my true calling, gifts, and authentic self. 

Without clarity, it has been my personal and professional experience that one will move in a direction and often establish a business that energetically doesn’t align with themselves and thus stalls during the execution……. ending with a less than desirable outcome (results energetically in alignment with the deeper subconscious thoughts and energy not been acknowledged.)

While we can choose at what level of structure and form you want your business to be “documented,” it is important to be sure that you have the CLARITY in which to move forward.

YOUR CLARITY: You will be guided through an inner exploration to capture and memorialize your true calling for eventual expression and establishment of an outlet for your message and gifts to be shared fully.  For some, beyond your hands-on work with clients, you may wish to establish a medium for spreading your gifts and knowledge beyond individual sessions taking various forms of communication such as written, audio, and video (as fits your natural gifts). We will tailor a customized approach that fits you and provides an empowering foundation for your business to fulfill your purpose in educating, supporting, and attracting clients.

Implementation (Stage Two):

For me, the business application is second-nature and actually the easiest part, however, I have come to realize that the practical side of business is often counter-intuitive to healers and holistic businesses in which their gifts are best expressed working hands-on and directly with the people versus business details and administration.  Nonetheless, I have heard time-and-time again healers desire to serve a large audience and share their passion more widely with others.

This is where I am clear that I have been “asked” to serve the higher good and empower healers with business support, guidance, and knowledge including energy awareness and holistic healing as the foundation.  I am here to support you to support others in their healing process!

I will empower you with business systems, strategy, and knowledge in which to ensure that all KEY facets of a successful business are effectively in place…..while ensuring this is in alignment (customized) to your natural strengths, gifts, and true nature.  There is no “cookie-cutter” approach to establishing a healer practice, though there are KEY facets that do need to be creatively addressed to be successful.
